Arizona State University’s Free Writing Program for Youth (Ages 10-18)
Spring 2021: Online Program
1. Visit our writing website for activities to spark your creativity. We challenge you to compose at least 3 original works and compile them into a creative writing portfolio. To document and celebrate your progress, download the fillable certificate (available on the writing website).
2. Submit your creative writing for feedback from writing mentors (ASU undergraduate/graduate students). The feedback portal will be open from February 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021.
3. Publish your work in Unscripted. This new online journal accepts short stories, poems, songs, comics, and short animated films from writers between the ages of 10-18. The submission portal will be open from February 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021.
